Enjoy the privacy of the second floor, while the large windows give a picturesque view of the beautiful sunset and a tranquility of Kaibo Beach and North Sound. Colonial Kai has been recently furnished with with no expense spared. Perfect for families with children as well as couples.  The fully equipped modern kitchen has all of the appliances you'll need, including a Kuerig coffee maker. A large Master Suite with king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct access to the large lanai is perfect for the couple that wants to get away from it all.  The guest bedroom has 2 twins that can easily be configured to a king bed.  The condo can sleep up to 4 persons. Colonial Kai is located in beautiful Rum Point and is in the Kaibo Yacht Club condo Phase II complex. There is a beautiful walking beach on premise, with large fresh water pool and heated jacuzzi.  The condo is also equipped with full size front loading washer and dryer. The popular Kaibo Beach Grill and Bar is next door serving lunch and dinner. Rum Point Beach and the Red Sail Sports watersports operation is just around the corner - a 5 minute drive.  The Rum Point Water Ferry also runs daily from The Kaibo Yacht Club to Camana Bay at 7 Mile Beach.  You also have your own private BBQ grill and free use of a 1 person kayak plus a SUP - Stand Up Paddleboard!  The condo is beach ready with 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and tote cooler. The calm waters in the surrounding area are ideal for kayaking.
